[Skypeople] Dev Note #6 / 2nd CBT Schedule Guide!
Hello! This is Skypeople CM Grace!
Today I brought you the long-awaited Five Stars dev note.
In the previous article, I said that the team is improving the game based on the feedback from the 1st CBT.
Many participants reported bugs and it helped us a lot. We’ve been putting many efforts in fixing those bugs and server issues.
Five Stars is being renovated to resolve the difficulties that many players had in the 1st CBT so that we can provide you the best gaming experience. (additional contents, balance, and drop rate has also been changed)
Now let’s take a look at the screenshots.
Now you can customize the main lobby screen with your heroes, backgrounds, Music. Although I’m an Elin main, I used Penelope and Grandel’s background to show you the example. Looks pretty, right? This customization update is my favorite improvement :).
To improve the user experience, we’ve added a pop-up screen where you can check the stage reward in the world map.
Also, you’ll be able to access the 2nd world map and this will be available in the 2nd CBT. The hype is real!
New contents, Tower of Trials is added!
In the trials, you can check how effective your team and strategy is. Every trial has a specific battle condition. The tower knows no limit; it will endlessly provide you the new trials as you get stronger. Test your might against this infinite challenge!
Battle system UI is also changed. Now you can use 4types of skills in the battle: Rage, Mana, Shot, Focus.
Rage: normal attack/skills/damage will increase your rage and when it is charged enough, you can use the special skill.
Mana: This skill will use your mana. As turns progress, you will recover it.
Shot: this will use your character’s bullet. If you are out of ammo, you can use it after reloading it.
Focus: This will increase when you do the normal attack and used when you use the skills. The stacked focus will increase the damage and effect of skills.
You can see that many systems have been changed! Pet system will be also added too so stay tuned for the next Dev note!
Star Blessing is now added.
When you use the Star Blessing you can have more exp, gold, and drop rate. In the 1st CBT, many people disliked the low item drop rate so we added the star blessing. You can check the top left of the battle screen to see what kind of effect is applied.
Marketplace UI has been changed based on the feedback from the 1st CBT.
Now you can sort the items in the lowest price or the highest price.
In addition, the gear effect is more visible now. Pretty cool huh?
The dev team has been working around the clock to improve the 1st CBT.
Now you can on/off the camera move in the battle screen.
Now finally, we have the date for the 2nd CBT. From June 6 to 17 we will open another pre-registration period. I’m looking forward to meeting you again.
*Unfortunately, 2nd CBT will be only available to Korea.
